Jeremy and Jake (the bartenders) were so sweet and Accommodating. They make everyone feel welcomed. As a bartender traveling and visiting this city, Jeremy was very informative and had wonderful suggestions. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the city.

I saw a video about the Hot Tin on TikTok and immediately wanted to check it out! This roof top bar is on the edge of the Garden District and has great drinks with an awesome view. The bartenders were friendly and didn’t mind answering questions about the neighborhood. It’s at the top of the hotel Pontchartrain, so if you’re using Apple Maps to get there, make sure you’re looking for the hotel and not the bar, as we didn’t see a sign for the bar on the street. Make sure you’re paying attention to the elevator that you’re taking up, as we didn’t pay attention and ended up having to walk up five flights of stairs because we took the hotel elevator, not the elevator that went up to the Hot Tin. We tried the High Violet and the beer “90s Women Power Ballads” from the brewery Brieux Carre. We enjoyed the beer so much we actually went to the brewery several times during our stay - we would’ve never know about Brieux Carre if we hadn’t gone to the Hot Tin!

Hot Tin was our final stop of our wedding second line down St. Charles. We somehow got the whole wedding upstairs on a Friday night to drink in the beautiful views and delicious drinks. We had an enormous amount of A. Spritz which led to a very slow day the following morning. The vibe was pretty awesome. Staff was great even with hundreds of people shouting at them non-stop for drinks. Stop by for an early drink to drink in a beautiful view without a huge crowd.

Great little stop on our stroll in the garden district. We took in the view and chatted with some other visitors while we enjoyed the cocktails. If you want a nice chill place to just relax then this will definitely be the spot.

I had heard a lot about this place before going and I must say it did not disappoint. The rooftop bar is so lovely. The decor is great the view is amazing and the music is just the right level that you can enjoy conversation with your friends. They have two security guys there holding it down and it was nice that people were not getting overly rowdy. The tall bearded lumberjack made the elevator ride enjoyable. Funny guy. I had a lemon drop made by Jeremy and it was delicious. Best drink I’ve had. After we went downstairs and sat and watched the live jazz band play. The food was so good, had these yummy garlic fries. The staff are so welcoming and polite. I even met the owner Emery who was just genuinely a very nice person. I would definitely recommend the rooftop bar and the bar downstairs to any one of my friends and family. 10/10 recommend.
